Hulking beasts standing nearly 20 feet tall sometimes larger. Mountain trolls are most commonly found on hills and mountains, hence the name. These trolls have been known to go beserk when they are close to death and sometimes destroy entire villages. When mated with another race such a giant, these trolls become slightly more intelligent. They become smart enough to learn most languages and lead men into battle. The regular mountain troll is not usually found wearing armour but they are able to when called to, they are commonly found wielding tree trunks, or giant rocks attached to sticks. (mauls) Although these weapons are often quite flimsy the troll's massive size is not something to take lightly and they should be avoided. Mountain trolls can be found all over the world.
