The Last of the Sirnians.

Long ago before the birth of the second born races, there existed a civilisation of survivors - those that had been alive on Sirna. The few the gods had saved from the once magnificent world. It is believed that together they built a city that revelled in the glory of their old Empire; but those few who did survive had not learned the lessons of the past. They believed that the gods had let them down, since so many of them had lost countless loved ones. Why should they believe in gods who could not even protect them? They were fools who did not understand the Dread Father. So for the second time in the history of the world, the Sirnians welcomed the Dread Father. How ever this time the continent of Darasum was better prepared to deal with the emergence since it had been only a few years since the end of the dread war. The gods quickly sealed any form of portal on Darasum; due to the fact they were few and not powerful and not a single Dread got through. But the Dread Fathers touch did - those who prayed to him were transformed into hideous creatures and cursed with unlife. Their kingdom was destroyed, the land around them turned harsh and all the wildlife became monsters of savage intent. It was at this point that the Gods decided to make the second born, they did not know what fate had befallen their children all that they knew was - Sirna and the Sirnians were lost. This kingdom may not ever have existed, but it's believed that it may have been somewhere near modern day Kotepia. If it did and if the stories hold true, what lies waiting for the unlucky whom uncover it?
